To submit a request, complete this Analytics & Institutional Reporting form so that we may best serve you. We will work with you to determine a timeline for completion. If you are working with a strict deadline, please provide as much notice as possible.
If the request involves demographic data, approval may be needed to share the data needed to fulfill the request. Please allocate additional time, as this process can take up to two weeks.
For requests related to medical student data, an additional form must be completed and approved by the Assistant Dean, Educational Research, Outcomes and Innovation for the Office of Medical Education to complete the request.
