Budget & Institutional Resources

The Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM) Division of Budget & Institutional Resources is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of WCM’s annual operating budget, as well as financial management reporting for WCM and Cornell University leadership.

Services

  • Facilitation of the institutional budget process, culminating with submission of an annual WCM budget to Cornell University for presentation of a consolidated budget
  • Preparation of managerial and fiscal narratives for WCM overseers and various leadership committees
  • Provision of comprehensive financial analyses and reports for senior leadership, departments and offices
  • Consultation for WCM departments, central administrative offices and the Qatar campus
  • Advisement for Weill Cornell Medical College (WCMC) senior leadership to ensure long-term fiscal viability of the institution
  • Ad hoc analysis of new initiatives for WCMC Board of Governors senior administrative cabinet officers
