Budget Operations

The Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM) Division of Budget Operations is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of WCM’s annual operating budget, as well as financial management reporting for WCM and Cornell University leadership.

Services

  • Facilitation of the institutional budget process, culminating with submission of an annual WCM budget to Cornell University for presentation of a consolidated budget
  • Preparation of managerial and fiscal narratives for WCM Boards and various leadership committees
  • Provision of comprehensive financial analyses and reports for senior leadership, departments and offices
  • Consultation for WCM departments, central administrative offices and the Qatar campus
  • Advisement for Weill Cornell Medical College (WCM) senior leadership to ensure long-term fiscal viability of the institution
